Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections -
Every new home owner should have their home professionally inspected during the period just before their primary warranty expires.
This is usually during the 11th or 23rd month for total warranties and another several years later before the structural warranty portion expires. Check your warranty information carefully for the applicable time periods.
B.A. King Home Inspections, LLC offers the same inspection process that is performed for all home inspections with any additional items of concern or need requested by the client.
The cost of your new home most likely included some amount for this warranty so it would only make sense to get an inspection and send the builder a list of items to be repaired or replaced.
